Appointments

Our therapists work by appointment only. Please call (505) 246-2400 to schedule your spa retreat.

Cancellation Policy: Please notify the spa 24 hours prior to your appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule. No shows will be charged 50% of payment for services. Late Policy: If a client is more than 20 minutes late their service will be cancelled. Living Social/Groupon Voucher Holders: Broadway Retreat is happy to provide select services at a discounted rate through Living Social and Groupon promotions. We simply ask that if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, you notify us prior to your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your voucher.
